Aluminium Foil Cloth

We are Deqing Hongxin. We have made tape for 13 years. Regular aluminum tape is just a layer of aluminum and glue. It has some insulation. But not much. It is thin. So we added a layer of foam under the aluminum. The aluminium foil cloth has much better insulation than regular tape. It also reduces noise. Our factory has 1,800 square meters and 25 workers. We have a laminating machine. We can bond the foam and aluminum together well.

This tape has a special structure. Aluminum on top. Foam in the middle. The foam has many small air cells. These cells block heat. They also absorb sound. Regular aluminum tape reflects heat. But it has no thickness. The foam layer adds thickness. So the aluminium foil cloth keeps heat in much better. It also reduces noise. Put it on a pipe or equipment. The sound level will go down. Not completely silent. But you will notice the difference. The foam also acts as a cushion. Equipment vibrates. The foam absorbs some of that vibration. This reduces noise and wear. The foam is flexible. You can wrap it around a curved elbow. It will not wrinkle. The glue is on the bottom of the foam. It sticks well.

This is an "upgraded" product. When a customer needs better insulation and noise control, this is the choice. Regular tape works. But the aluminium foil cloth works better. Customers will pay more for this upgrade. The applications are many. Fridges and freezers. AC ducts. Pipe noise reduction. Equipment vibration. HVAC insulation. Places that need quiet, like hospitals and hotels, are good targets. We have the laminating machine. Not every factory can make foam composite tape. We have the process knowledge.
