Aluminium Glass Cloth

We are Deqing Hongxin. We have made tape for 13 years. Our regular foam tape sold well. But some customers said, "Can you make the foam denser? The foam I use now is too loose. It gets flat when I press it. Then the insulation is gone." So we made this high-density foam tape. The aluminium glass cloth has finer, denser, and stronger foam cells. Our factory has 1,800 square meters and 25 workers. We have a high-speed laminator. We can make the high-density foam layer even.

This tape is all about "density." Denser foam cells mean better performance. The foam layer is high-density. It is much denser than regular foam tape. The cells are finer and more even. So the aluminium glass cloth has better insulation. It also reduces noise better. Regular foam tape gets flat when you press on it. It does not bounce back. Our tape resists compression. It resists deformation. After a long time, it still has its original thickness and spring. The denser foam also has a smoother surface. The glue grips better. It sticks tight and does not fall off. This tape is thicker. The thickness is 0.20mm to 0.35mm. This is the thickest in our foam series. Thicker means better insulation. Thicker means better cushioning. The temperature range is wider too. -30℃ to +100℃.

This is a "premium" product. When a customer needs better performance, this is the choice. The aluminium glass cloth does everything the regular foam does. But it does it better. Better insulation. Better noise reduction. Better compression resistance. Customers will pay more for "better." There are not many factories that can make high-density foam tape. Most make regular foam. You will face less competition. The applications are high-end. Server rooms. Industrial equipment. High-end HVAC systems. These customers have bigger budgets. They know quality. We have the laminating machine. We have the process knowledge. This is our technical advantage.
